Send the terminal part number and drawing, wire specification (size, type), crimp spec (CCH, CCW, ICH, ICW) and quantity. Let us know any extras such as plating or QR marking. New terminals without a crimp spec take a little longer, as we confirm the spec before quoting.

Standard lead time is two weeks; it may vary with quantity and whether parts are pre-made. For a new applicator, the lead time starts when we receive terminal samples.

New applicators and dies are crimp-tested with real terminals to check the crimp shape and height before shipping. We ask for about 50 pieces per part number. Without samples we can only ship assembled, without crimp verification.

Yes. We build to the drawings designated by each automotive tier supplier and to customer standards. Drawings and dimension records are kept for every part number we have made, so reorders are produced to the same spec. Every shipment includes an inspection report.

Yes. Send the marking content (part number, lot, etc.) with your order. If the marking data differs from the purchase order, we will confirm with you before production.

Yes. On dies, only the wire crimper (W/C) can be plated. W/C plating reduces surface friction, prevents terminal plating from sticking to the die and reduces burrs and wear. Plating all applicator parts for rust protection is also possible. Plating adds cost, so please specify it when requesting a quote.

First apply stamping oil to the terminals and centre the terminal on the anvil. If it continues, send crimp photos, crimp-height measurements, the press model in use and whether the terminal lot changed, and we will trace the cause with you.

We ship to overseas sites in China, Vietnam, India, Mexico and elsewhere. Certificates of origin and delivery to your nominated forwarder or receiving site are available. Note the receiving site and requested date on the purchase order and we will ship to schedule.
